Corrections, disputes, and removals

Pickleball Court Guide is an independent directory of pickleball courts in the Klang Valley. We build listings from publicly available business information (name, address, phone, website, hours, services offered). Scores and review summaries come from public Google reviews, processed through a single published rubric applied equally to every court listed here. Inclusion in the directory is free. No business can pay to appear, and payment has no effect on scores or ranking. This page explains how to request corrections, challenge a score, or ask for removal. Request a correction

Factual details about your listing (business name, address, phone, website, opening hours, services) can be corrected when you submit the accurate information and something that verifies it. Your website, Google Business Profile, or official business registration all work. Once corrected, the field stays accurate even after we refresh the directory data each month.

Challenge a score

Scores are computed automatically from public Google reviews and are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are saying the input data itself is wrong. That means either your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what people actually wrote. We recheck the sources and regenerate your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number. If the data checks out, your score stands.

Request removal

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, when the entry is a duplicate, or when it falls outside Pickleball Court Guide's scope. Our monthly re-verification process automatically catches and removes closed courts. If your court meets one of these criteria, request removal and we will evaluate it. An accurate, in-scope listing may be declined for removal, and we will tell you plainly why.

Write to hello@waypoint.my with your business name, your listing's URL, and the change you are requesting. This directory is published by Waypoint Local Guides.

How long it takes

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Approved removals are processed within 7 days. Declined requests include a clear reason.
